Ashley worked in established and esteemed law firms in Malaysia with extensive experience in cross borders IPO, capital markets, cross-border investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and emerging technologies. She advised various issuers for their proposed listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX).
Bing Yew, Yap

Bing Yew leads the litigation practice of the firm.
Bing Yew obtained his LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Cardiff, Wales in 2014 and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2015. He was then admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2016.
Bing Yew’s ability to develop a rapid grasp of many areas of laws has allowed him to practice across a wide array of general civil litigation, including commercial disputes, construction, contractual disputes, land disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency law.

Jade graduated from University of Liverpool, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Honours and then obtained her Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in Malaysia and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2021. Jade is conversant in English, Malay, Mandarin and Cantonese.
She is exposed primarily to the area of general conveyancing in both Developers’ projects and Sub-sale transactions for residential and commercial properties, banking and finance as well as Will, Probate and Estates administration.
She deals regularly with individual clients, real estate agents, various banks and other financial institutions, developers by giving them legal opinions and advices.
